The staff was responsive, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in an active part of the city near Santiago as well as city centre. The lighting there was natural.

Very tranquil location, peaceful hotel, the staff was helpful. The room I stayed in was just lovely and such large. The breakfast had lots of reasonably priced options, and was very wonderful. Liked easy check-in and late check-out.
